Damien wanted to create a name that not only had meaning but made sense as well. We specialize in nonfiction publications focusing on cookbooks and self-help books, designed for individuals passionate about cooking and personal development. Damien is crafting his first kids' cookbook and the first self-help book to be released. Neimad Publishing is dedicated to empowering our readers like you. Neimad Pub is also the platform for Damien’s personal growth blogs. In all likelihood, Damien will publish more books in the future!

Talented author, blogger, cook, and entrepreneur, Damien Bernard Pierre was born to immigrants from the Caribbean West Indies, Damien grew up in the vibrant energy of Brooklyn, New York, and the serene landscapes of Port Charlotte, Florida. Damien's culinary passion was nurtured by his weekly Saturday morning grocery shopping trips with his mother. When she introduced him to a wide range of zesty recipes, Damien’s culinary journey truly began.
Embarking on his culinary odyssey at the tender age of nine, Damien delighted his grandmother and family with dishes that transcended mere sustenance—they were a manifestation of his devotion to culinary excellence. Damien credits his grandmother, Muzzie, as his most significant adolescent influence, giving him the fundamentals of Caribbean cuisine.
As an adult, Damien pursued his love affair with food as a chef and by running his own catering business. Venturing westward to the captivating landscape of Los Angeles, Damien's creative pursuits led him to expand his recipes to a diverse range of cultural cuisines. In a serendipitous moment, a peach cobbler dish he prepared opened a new chapter in Damien's journey – it was an immediate hit with friends and acquaintances.
Chef Evolves into Foodpreneur
After testing the marketplace at local farmers' markets in Los Angeles County, Damien's Famous BBQ sauce, Chili, and cornbread gained popularity, leading to the retail placement of Dami's Famous BBQ sauce. Damien, now a 'foodpreneur', has introduced his food creations, including Dami's Famous BBQ Sauce, Dami's Famous Chili And Cornbread concept and recipe books. Today, Damien's delicious food creations are easily accessible, available online and in select retail stores.
Damien says, "I'm not a chef but a foodpreneur. I see a pain point in the marketplace and focus on it. I then create the recipe, formulate it for production, and bring products to the marketplace. That's my specialty." -Damien Pierre

“Make It Juicy" is the slogan for Dami’s Famous BBQ sauces from the food CPG brand Dami's Famous. This phrase, originated from the owner’s days working in the hospitality industry in Los Angeles. When he would receive an excellent tip, he would say “juicy.” When he decided to rebrand his food, CPG company, Dami's Famous, he saw the potential of this phrase to connect with consumers and use it as the slogan for Dami's Famous BBQ Sauces. "Make it Juicy" is not just a product slogan – it's a lifestyle, a philosophy, and a way of life open to all, including Dami’s Famous followers. It's about “Adding Luxury To Food”.
